Parents, do you wish you were happier and less stressed? Come to a safe space to bring obstacles to the group and gain support and tips that you can add to your toolbox. The goal of this group includes increasing self-care, decreasing frustration with your kids, and spend more time doing what makes you happy!

Family Matters Counseling Center offers this group specifically for those with special needs children. Whether they are on the autism spectrum, experiencing ODD, or other developmental and behavior concerns, this is the group for you!
