Our goal is to provide an optimistic outlook, strategies to overcome obstacles, and a place to feel heard and understood.
Family Matters Counseling Center offers two teen processing group every 3 months for ages 13-17 years. Groups are held in the evenings and continue for 12 consecutive weeks. Each group is limited to 6 participants.
Processing groups focuses on self-esteem, relationships, affirmations, coping skills, communication styles, boundaries, and long term goals for self.
Connecting with others who are facing similar challenges can offer healing and support for teenagers, while also helping them to recognize that they are not alone in their struggles.

Alliance Office (Max: 6 participants in each)
